System Update

Improving the Experience

I want to share a quick update based on what I’m seeing from all of you.

We’ve reached the point where the feedback is not just about bugs anymore. It’s also about how the site feels to use. Navigation, clarity, and overall experience.

That’s a good sign.

It means people are using it.

And it means it’s time to make it better.

What I’m Changing

I’ve taken your feedback seriously, and I’m going to be redesigning parts of the app to make it more usable.

You’ll start to see:

  • Clearer buttons

  • More intuitive navigation

  • A smoother overall experience

Burnout space (early mockup)

Navigation will also be updated so it’s easier to move between:

  • Your feed

  • Spaces

  • Your account and profile

    New sidebar navigation (mockup)

This will not only make it easier to get around, but also make it clearer where you are at any given moment, along with your current status and role within the community.

This is a significant upgrade and a meaningful change to how the platform works, and I hope you all enjoy it.

It’s coming from a deeper understanding of how you are actually using the platform, combined with a stronger ability on my end to design the experience in a way that better supports how people naturally want to interact.

The goal is simple.

You shouldn’t have to think about how to use the site. It should just make sense.

This redesign will roll out before we open access to waitlist members, so we can make sure new users are stepping into a better experience from day one.

Keep the Feedback Coming

As I work through this redesign, I need your help.

Keep sending:

  • Navigation feedback

  • Things that feel confusing

  • Ideas on how it could be better

  • Any bugs you run into

This is how we make it better together.

Thank You

Thank you for all the thoughtful feedback.

Thank you for your participation.

And thank you for your support.

I’m working hard to make this a community we can all be proud of.

Not just in how it looks.

But in how we show up for each other.

We do not fix the system.
We outsmart it together.
