The Community Keeps Getting Better
One of my favorite parts of building this community is watching it evolve based on your feedback.
Over the past week, I've rolled out several improvements that make the experience smoother, more polished, and easier to stay engaged.
Thank you to everyone who continues to report bugs, share ideas, and suggest improvements. Every bit of feedback helps.
Stay in the Loop
New notification settings are now available.
They've also been updated so you'll now receive an email notification whenever someone replies to one of your posts.
The goal is to make conversations easier to follow without requiring you to constantly check the site.
As notification settings continue to evolve, you'll have even more control over how and when you'd like to hear from the community.
A More Polished Experience
You may notice the site looks a little different.
I've completed another visual pass across the platform to make everything feel more consistent.
Buttons, toggles, switches, and other interface elements have all been updated to create a cleaner, more uniform experience.
These may seem like small changes individually, but together they make the platform feel much more cohesive.
I've also upgraded the post editor, giving you more formatting options and better spacing so it's easier to write posts that are organized, readable, and expressive.
Feedback Is Becoming Easier
I'm also in the design phase for a dedicated Feedback Space.
The goal is to make it easy for you to share ideas, report issues, and suggest improvements without ever having to leave the community.
Until that's ready, the same rules apply.
If you need help, have a question, run into a bug, or have an idea that would make the site better, please reach out. My door is always open... metaphorically.
Welcome to Our New Members
I'd also like to welcome everyone who recently joined the community after my appearance on This Week in Tech (TWiT).
It's exciting to see so many new people finding Work's Not Working and becoming part of these conversations.
Whether you've been here from the beginning or just signed up this week, welcome.
We're glad you're here.
What's Next
I'm continuing to make improvements every week.
Some are big, visible features.
Others are the small refinements that make using the platform feel more natural every day.
This community is being built alongside the people who use it, and that's exactly how I want it to grow.
Thank You
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for your patience.
And thank you for helping build a community where people can have honest conversations about work.
If you'd like to help support the continued development of the platform, please consider becoming a contributor:

We do not fix the system.
We outsmart it together.
