Post-Launch Update
Invites Are Out
Yesterday, all invites went out to current email newsletter subscribers as of the beginning of April.
If you haven’t seen your invite code yet, please check your spam or promotions folder.
After you sign up, you’ll also receive a verification email. Please check your spam folder for that as well to make sure it didn’t get filtered.
A Note on the Delay
I previously shared that invites would go out on April 1.
One of the first issues we hit was the invite system itself. It took additional time to correct, and even now we are still seeing some random errors.
Some of you may have received duplicate onboarding emails because of this.
I’m sorry for the confusion, and I appreciate you bearing with me while we get everything fully stabilized.

What Happens Next
We continue improving the platform.
Fixing bugs as they are discovered
Stabilizing the invite and onboarding flows
Improving reliability and performance
Continuing to build features that support real conversations
This is a living system, and we are building it together.
We do not fix the system.
We outsmart it together.
