March 2026 Relaunch

We’re Close.

Today is March 1, 2026.

We launch this month.

We are not live yet, but we are close.

Work’s Not Working officially opens its doors later in March.

Over the past few months, I’ve been rebuilding this from the ground up. Not as a content site. Not as a complaint forum. But as infrastructure for people navigating a system that is actively devaluing their labor.

If you’ve felt that shift, you’re not imagining it.

The pressure is real.
The extraction is real.
The quiet burnout is real.

And you are not alone.

Preview the Experience

A live demo is now available on the site so you can get a real sense of what the community will feel like before we open.

Click through it. Explore it. See the tone, the structure, and the intention behind the space.

Explore the demo here → https://works-not-working.com/community

When the doors open later this month, you will already understand what we are building together.

What’s Changing

The entire site has been rebuilt with a clearer mission, stronger structure, and a focused commitment to the people it serves.

A Sharper Mission

Work’s Not Working exists to support people surviving broken work systems.

We are not here to fix corporate culture from the inside.
We are not here to perform optimism.

We are here to:

  • Stay employed

  • Stay sane

  • Stay strategic

  • Protect each other

This is your backchannel for surviving the system.

A Real Community Platform

This is no longer just a landing page.

When we open later this month, members will be able to:

  • Create profiles

  • Participate in discussions

  • Share survival tactics

  • Comment publicly

  • Build reputation over time

This space is designed for adults navigating real power dynamics in real workplaces.

Contribute & Founding Supporter Badges

Hosting, moderation, security, and infrastructure cost money.

There is now a Contribute section for anyone who wants to help offset those costs.

This is community-supported.
Not venture-backed.
Not ad-driven.

If you choose to support the work, here is how it breaks down:

Supporter – $5/month
Help keep the servers running.
Includes a Supporter badge and full community access when we launch.

Advocate – $15/month
Fund real change initiatives.
Includes an Advocate badge, community access, and voting rights on select community decisions.

Champion – $50/month
Sustain the movement long-term.
Includes a Champion badge, community access, and direct strategy sessions.

Just want to say thanks? You can also make a one-time contribution.

If you choose a recurring contribution, you will receive the appropriate supporter badge on your profile when we launch.

You are not just joining.
You are helping build it.

Why This Exists

Every day, we see labor devalued in subtle and not-so-subtle ways.

Layoffs framed as efficiency.
Productivity expectations untethered from humanity.
People treated as line items instead of contributors.

The narrative says: adapt or get left behind.

We say: adapt together.

You matter.
Your time matters.
Your experience matters.

Survival is not surrender.

What Happens Next

Once we open later this month, we begin:

  • Structured discussions around power dynamics

  • Tactical guides for navigating layoffs and performance pressure

  • Conversations about AI and labor displacement

  • Building a trusted network of Quiet Rebels

If you have been reading quietly, this is your invitation.

Visit the site.
Consider becoming a Founding Supporter.
Share it with someone who needs it.

There is no pressure here.

Only support.

We do not fix the system.
We outsmart it together.

March is here.

We are close.
