Community Update

Building Momentum

I wanted to share a quick update on where things stand.

The good news is that the platform has stabilized significantly, and we have not seen any new issues reported since the redesign was released.

That's a testament to all the testing, bug reports, and thoughtful feedback you've provided over the past few weeks.

Thank you.

Feedback Is Getting Easier

One piece of feedback I heard repeatedly was that reporting suggestions shouldn't require leaving the platform.

I agree.

Instead of asking everyone to fill out a separate form, I'll be creating a dedicated Feedback Space where you can share ideas, suggestions, and feature requests directly within the community.

For paying members, there will also be a private feedback space where you'll receive priority responses and have a more direct line into ongoing development discussions.

I'll continue to keep the Google Form active for anyone who prefers to send feedback privately.

New Spaces Are Live

You may have noticed several new Spaces appearing throughout the platform.

These weren't added randomly.

I reviewed the applications and comments from the waitlist and looked for common themes, challenges, and interests.

The new Spaces were created specifically to address the needs that many of you identified.

As the community grows, I'll continue to watch for patterns and create new Spaces where they make sense.

This community should reflect the people who use it.

Opening the Waitlist

Over the next week, I'll begin opening access to waitlist members in waves.

As new people arrive, please take a moment to welcome them.

Many of them have been following this project for months and are just as eager to find a place where they can have honest conversations about work, career challenges, burnout, leadership, and everything in between.

The culture we build together matters.

Thank you in advance for helping make this a welcoming place.

What Happens Next

With stability improving, my focus shifts toward new features and community growth.

There are already several requests and ideas waiting to be built.

Paying members will be able to vote on which features they would like to see prioritized and released first.

That means the people investing in the community will help shape its future.

I also hope you're enjoying the new look and feel of the platform.

The redesign was a significant step forward, but there's still more to come.
