The Waitlist Is Empty
We did it.
The waitlist is now empty, and everyone who signed up has been invited into the community.
This is a major milestone, and I'm incredibly excited to finally be able to say it.
What started as an idea, then a landing page, then a demo, and eventually a community platform has now reached the point where everyone who wanted access has it.
Thank you for helping us get here.
The Community Is Working
The platform is stable.
Conversations are happening.
People are sharing experiences, asking questions, supporting each other, and building connections.
That's exactly what I hoped would happen.
Not because I built a website.
Because all of you showed up and made it a community.
That part can't be coded.
Better Communication Is Rolling Out
Many of you have already noticed the weekly summary emails.
Those are just the beginning.
Email notification controls are now rolling out as well.
You'll have more ways to stay informed about what's happening across the community while also having more control over what reaches your inbox.
You'll also begin receiving notifications when people comment on your posts, making it easier to keep conversations going and stay engaged with the discussions you start.
The goal is to help you stay connected without overwhelming you.
What Happens Next
With the platform stable and the waitlist complete, my focus shifts toward improving the experience and building new features.
Many of those ideas are coming directly from your feedback.
Others are things I've wanted to build from the beginning but needed to wait until the foundation was solid.
Now we're at that point.
The community is no longer in survival mode.
We're building for the future.
Thank You
Your support has been invaluable.
Your feedback has been invaluable.
Your patience has been invaluable.
Every bug report, suggestion, conversation, contribution, and encouraging message has helped make this better.
Thank you for believing in what we're building.
And thank you for helping create a place where people can have honest conversations about work.
If you'd like to help support the continued development of the platform, please consider becoming a contributor:

Every contribution helps.
We do not fix the system.
We outsmart it together.
